Exploring new possibilities with Xplore Tech services

It’s a cut throat world out there! And of course, if it’s a BPO then the going gets even tougher. I am a 59 year old veteran in public services and am in the doorstep of my retirement in a few months. Still I know so much about all these things because I have seen my dearest grandson to fight over for a job in the so-called lucrative BPO industry.

My grandson had completed his graduation three years back and was attracted by the high pay packages offered by the different BPO companies. But it was after he got in there did he know about the inside story. Not getting his salaries on time was least of his worries as he struggled to keep up to the spiraling unreasonable targets and internal office politics which had many harsh angles to it. He managed to jump jobs between every six to seven months when he finally joined Xplore Tech Services Pvt. Ltd. one year ago from now.

Xplore Tech offered him a salary far beyond his expectation and considering that his educational qualification was of graduation only, he accepted the offer. Weary of his past experiences though, he relied on his eyes more than the company’s words this time. With on time salary and more than adequate equipment to complete his tasks, he found a reliable ground to bank upon to fulfill his targets. Work is hard but not without appropriate remuneration. A strong HR policy engraved in its infrastructure doesn’t allow individuals to rise above the company. As my grandson says, HR employees are mere tools to amend tasks of the self-sustaining policies. They generally remain invisible to the everyday workings of the company.

To conclude, I would just like to say that in Xplore Tech services, efficiency is rewarded. In my grandson’s case, he had his first promotion in his first six months of work and at the end of his first year he is looking forward to his next.
